Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of their party.

  • All stays must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely via our online booking system.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy follows Airbnb’s standard:

  • Full refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • Full refund: Within 48 hours of booking, if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

  • No refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00pm to 8:00pm

  • Check-out: By 10:00am

  • Late arrivals must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Occupancy and Guest Conduct

  • Bell Tent for 2: Max 2 guests

  • Bell Tent for 4: Max 4 guests

  • Group policy: No parties or single-sex groups under 25.

  • Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 7:00am

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.

5. Pets

  • Pets are welcome — up to 2 per tent

  • A £10 fee per pet applies

  • Pets must be supervised and not left unattended

6. Facilities and Amenities

  • Shared toilets and showers available to all guests

  • Select tents include wood-burning stoves (starter wood and fire-lighting kit provided)

  • BBQ hire includes utensils, lighting kit, and charcoal

  • Fire pits only permitted in designated areas and must not be left unattended

7. Smoking and Fire Safety

  • No smoking inside tents or shared areas

  • Use designated smoking areas

  • Use open flames responsibly

8. Damages and Liability

  • Guests are liable for damage caused during their stay

  • Quex Glamping is not responsible for lost items or injuries unless due to negligence

9. Accuracy and Changes

We aim to keep our website and information accurate, but details, facilities, and prices may change without notice.
We are not responsible for errors or misinterpretation — please contact us with any questions before booking.

10. Website Terms of Use

  • Website content is owned by Quex Glamping and may not be used without permission

  • We are not liable for technical errors or broken links

  • Use of our website is at your own risk
